Bitcoin and A Biblical World View Are Not At Odds

Can there be a creator?

Who created a dynamic protocol, designed to be opinionated and exclusive?

That is openly and freely available to all who would accept it?

That has its source code available for all to debate, or disagree with?

That is objectively true and unchangeable at its core?

That was designed to be advanced and co-built by others that would come after its creator?

That is inevitable and cannot be stopped?

That was birthed and expanded through a small group of people in direct opposition to the current authorities?

That is maintained and defended by a disruptive, subversive group of individuals who live countercultural lifestyles to the current trends?

That the majority of people believe is not valuable and primitive in its foundations in favor of new modern operating systems?

That is impossible to unsee and keep hidden once its true properties have been experienced, tasted, seen, and understood?

That is sometimes imperfectly presented by those, who in their love for others, desperately want to warn their friends, family, and loved ones about the impending destruction coming to the current system?

Yes. I believe that there can be such a creator.

Yes. I believe there can be such a protocol.

And similarly to how no Bitcoiner would ever deny the reality and existence of a creator(s) named Satoshi Nakamoto, I cannot in my deepest core deny that there is a God and an original creator of such a system.

I don’t believe the Bible and Bitcoin are contradictory beliefs to be adopted separately from one another. Similarly, I do not believe the presence of the Christian God and Science and Scientific Discovery are at odds.

However, I want to be very clear, and send a message to all those that believe that Sound Money will save you and is the thing you desire most.

It cannot and will not.

Read the biographies and autobiographies of all who’ve found relative wealth, security, and freedom in their time.

At the end of their life, they acknowledge that the endless pursuit of this wealth, security, and freedom, left them wanting on their death beds and abandoned them when they thought it would be there for them.

You, like many of us (me included), desire to know, speak with and sit with the man who invented Bitcoin… and similarly your soul longs for the creator of the universe.

Something is broken. You don’t know what it is or why it is but you know deep down in your soul that there is something more.

My savior is the preceding creator of this dynamic protocol. I put my trust in Him.

But by diving into the rabbit hole of Bitcoin, I can clearly see how mortal humans can create beautiful things that regularly remind me of the original creator of all beautiful things.

For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.

Romans 1: 19 - 23

I pray that I don’t make the mistake of worshipping the created thing over the creator of it all.
